About

Who am I?

My name is Chris Dorman. I am from the beautiful Great Southern region and have awaited returning to it. Now here, I am looking forward to combining my passions, physical training, food, health, trail running, strength training, learning, and the outdoors, to impact the health and performance of as many people as I can. These are my motivations.

My journey has taken me through the health, fitness, academic, professional sport, Strength & Conditioning & Sports Nutrition industries, now I am looking to create something of my own.

For further insight to my influences, biases and philosophy, please follow my social media posts or see the Research tab, then, if you like what you see, and you love to work, then I would like to work with you.
